You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jilulu will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You must notify jilulu immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via the in-platform live chat.
All financial transactions on the jilulu Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilulu accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards (Visa/Mastercard).
Deposits are credited to your jilulu account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jilulu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.

jilulu reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at jilulu's discretion.
jilulu may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. In the event of a dispute between you and jilulu, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jilulu's customer support team. jilulu will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall also apply.
jilulu's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
